2 Channels

I was wondering if anyone have any info on this.

I turn my receiver on this morning and I only got 2 channels and only shows to channels in the guide?

I tried deleting channels and rescan did the same thing don't know why?

do your sats appear in settings before you scan?

yes they do

I had receiver on last nite worked great and the turn it on this morning 2 channels only

never heard of this before ,maybe reload sw file ,factory default and try again

Thanks for your help did a factory default re did everything and up again.. Thank you again
