actually all communications are supposed to be done in PM regardless of the service. not up to staff to adjudicate and babysit this stuff. by rights we shouldn't have to even look at one complaint in public forums but not an hour goes by someone isn't complaining. what is so hard about it? if you have more requests than you can handle then just do what you can do instead of trying to do too much and just making a mess of things. If you have a client that is not satisfied, reimburse them and that should be the end of it. either do it right or don't do it at all
