I'm a little confused. I thought that the end user letters from Charlie’s attorneys demanded $3,500US but it would appear that they are now demanding 6,500US from the end user. And that letter seems to really be skirting the fine line of extortion.

Thanks guys I was just wondering. I haven't gotten one and was just wondering. As I've said before I $3,500 was not that bad considering what a judgement could get from them. $5K is worse but still no where close to the pain and end user could feel.

Vgiddy did indeed turn over all his records 3-21-2013. Right now they are using his records in conjunction with Wuf's and laying a double whammy. TMac007 can thank them both as he goes through the courts right now. They also have at least some PM's from both Z and B sites.

true - IF PP was involved in these cases? they'd have to be served with appropriate steps to protect YOU their CLIENT...they dont just go willy nilly...so, IF PP was going willy nilly< DN would have ALL such Re-sellers already served and there are/were quite a few

i still say all these end users (extortion) cases are also "cherry picking" where are the many thousands who were either served in the past (few yrs ago) (same extortion amount) and who loaded bins from the NOW defunct FTA sites they took down? make you think...shouldnt there be many THOUSANDS served ?? oh wait...theyre ONLY going after those who bought codes from re-sellers...NOT spending a dime going after those who got codes/bins by other means..THAT is cherry picking, in MY books
