My Mini won't work in the north

I have a pinwheel mini with a rocket p$ both are 4 days old. I have the south running but can't get any vid from the north only audio.
I have turned off the south server and still no luck, I have done multiple delete and re-enter my info still no luck. I have deleted channels and rescanned no luck

I have tried the ip and url I am pointed at 82 and 91 all I can think of is my isp is blocking the ip.

Anyone else have any ideas?

I have checked my rocket and emailed them and all is good on their end, the south is running great!

North info has to inserted on nimiq ( NEWCAMD_NIM )
And in the bottom make it be ON please ...

I have turn it on and have info on nimiq with no luck. I did a factory defauld and will start over to see if that works!

Thanks for all your help, I got it to work. On the pinwheel when entering the P$ info you must make sure that you change the cam type to NEWCAMD_NIMQ
in order for the north to work. For the south the type needs to be NEWCAMD.
now you know how to fix the problem if someone with a pinwheel mini has the same issue!
