U5 is the 3.3VDC voltage regulator (Google IL1117). C19 is a capacitor. C22 & C31 appear to have identical markings which one could assume to mean they have same capacitance value. Typical diagrams indicate a cap value of 10 mic.

Might want to head on down to to rat shack and get you a bag of assorted ceramic caps.
say in the range of .01 thru 10 mic. start at 10 work your way down in value. Of course depending
on how much overvoltage was applied, you may have more damage than just the cap.

Sorry they don't make a ceramic cap in the 10 mFD range that will fit inside a FTA receiver.

It would be a 10 mFD 15 volt or larger electrolytic cap for that part of the circuit.

And you need to look for a 78L04 adjustable voltage regulator, try Digikey or Mouser.

At slot +C-19 on my board it says,
"10-16L" "A6" and comes back as an "IC chip". Standard stuff.
The maker probably has ten suppliers and the numbers mean little to us.
Just my thought.

Happy hunting.

Found it guys. From the makers of the wiz board forums. Its a 10uf/16v b base tantalum smd capacitor. After seeing what it was actually called, was very easy to find everywhere on line. Thanks for the help. ***Picked up a non b base cap from Rat shack and wiz is up and running. ***
