I have an DiSEqC with a Sv8000 on #1 i connected 119-118 on port1 and works ok.On port2 110 single Lnb.Ok on port 3 129 single Lnb Ok. on port 4 91-82 0n lnb OCS PRO .Now i get 91 fine 98 Q signal
but 0 from 82 ,they are bolt on Port 1 because 2 3 4 are taken by (110)(129)(119-118

If i connect direct to the receiver i get 91 and 82 quality 90 Thanks for the help

91 and 82 are two separate satellites, and appears you are trying to use a 4 port disq switch for 5 satellites. You could try adding a 0/22khz switch on the last port for 91 and 82. Then the setting would be disq#4 on and disq#4 off. This is providing you are using a twin ln b. I have used this setup with legacy l n b, but not with dp ln b. good luck
