factory reset

Please could someone guide me to where i can read how to do a factory reset on Dreamlink T4 sd, i bought the box already set up & ready to go & would like to update it, i understand i load factory file first followed by bin but not sure how to do the factory reset inbetween.Thank you

press menu btn..then scroll to configuration...then go down to system restore..
