Will these type links play on Network Player ?

Some only work on Windows media player and some work on vlc player.
I tried on Pinwheel Networkplayer, but it always show bufferring and nothing appears in the end.
Should all links which able to play on vlc and Windows Media Player be able to play on Network PLayer or not ?
