Just converted a NF Phoenix to the extreme 4.14 for a friend and can't get it to work, what am I doing wrong! Need help please!!!

Receiver was setup for NOI, but my friends do want to use the comp, want stand alone file, so I converted their phoenix to extreme 4.14 and can't get it to work, all P$ info is correct, and slot 2 is blank, what have I done wrong, and I have 3 more that need converting.
