Same with PP, but many continue to do that. The providers monitor these sites, so roll the dice either way.

I don't know why everyone craps on Paypal. Pretty safe if u use precautions like anonymous email address, fake identity, visa/mastercard gift card(paid with cash), public ip (free wifi ie mcdonalds, etc...), and untraceable internet device (ie second hand ipad/ipod purchased with cash anonymously). A lot of steps, but how would that not be safe?

just dont do it lol you already come to this site and here you can get what you need and are sure its good and not some crap server located not off shore or safe for that matter better to stay here where you can trust what you get
