host had a major issue with half its servers power spike killed a bunch of servers they are building us a new server hopefully it will be built soon they said would be soon that was 4 hours ago

I think you are putting it in the wrong place. It goes in Network settings the server address.

other one has been shut off as we are on our bran new server now with the normal ip 103.31.187.113

You think maybe the major ice storm that ran through the Northern states and southern Ontario might have something to do with it.

some of our card locations are down a few channels may be down on north and south systems for today there is power outages all over where some the cards are at
