We are new to this forum so what we meant to say about the "2 weeks" was that we have been up for the last two weeks so tv101 users see that we are Not tv101. We know there is A LOT of confusion with the 2 names but at this point, there is not much we can do because we've been using this name too long now for us to change it just because 101 is having problems.
So thats all we meant about the 2 weeks. Im glad you talked about it, this way we were able to explain.

We got hit today with an ECM. We lost some channels at a time, and once we got them back up, we lost some other, still missing HD, ppv and a few others, working on it.

If you are having trouble connecting, just remember to reset your equipment.

Wouldn't picture quality depend mostly on satellite alignment along with quality of electronics you are using. I believe the iks server allows you to view the channels.

NO, its not down. Unless your code expired, it should be working. Try to reboot your receiver, modem, router and you should be good to go.
If rebooting doesn't work, PM us your code so we can see whats going on.

You might need to check your Internet connection, maybe your router, ect..... because the service has been good. We have been testing and everything was fine over the weekend. We lost the HD some time around 2 or 3 in the morning, but they were back up after a while.

Sounds like a server related issue as others including myself have over 700 channels up atm. So just sit tight as maybe the tv102 is fixing their stuff.

Dunno if im up or down really... .sometimes up sometimes not a thing.. rebooted like 25 times... on for a few then wooooops nothing .... anyone else?

Don't think there is any reason to keep rebooting, plus the fact you could brick your box. I believe the last ECM was a little different and some P$ are having a bit of a problem. Just have to be patient or sign on for a short time with another p$ that's up. good luck

Been freezing on and off for a few days. Been getting not connected then connected, screen would go black,then 3-5minutes later it would work. on,then off again screen would go black, reboot still no go. But it does come on once in a while.

I am UP & have been...except the networks seem to be a problem with most servers...& that I don't understand

I would be a little concerned with 102 service.
He said nothing about anything for a long while and having seen this before... several times ....it usually means the end of the service is a reality.
