The 360 was working good. on 12-4-13 I suffered a computer melt down. I have restored my computer. My sv8000 works great on the same computer. but I cannot get the 360 P working again.
I have WIZnet 3.02 and my dongle version shows 4.12 on port 1920.
My 360 P receiver shows Boot loader 1.00 and usb loader 1.00 and firmware P28
I have done factory reset. & rinstalled file 28-2028. When I turn receiver on it shows network adp. connected. But no picture, then I go to network settings and it shows connection fail.
I also hard wired from modum to dongle w/new cat5 cable. eleminiting Homeplugwave system.
I need help.

Try other channels.If your on a channel that is down on the server then you can could get connection fail.

I need help. try checking your network setting and make sure your ip address is not the same as something else in your network as this will cause a connection fail....just had this happen to a buddy of mine after a power failure and we had to put the receiver into a static mode and re-enter the correct addresses and the receiver was good to go....if as you say when you turn on your receiver it shows connected that means dongle is working so problem is probably not there....cheers....HT
