9600hd: dim front display,receiver wont respond to remote,cant get to menu

problem:
-dim front display,
-receiver wont respond to remote(new battery on remote)
-button on receiver doesnt work,
-load factory file with rs232 cable successful but channel list still there and same problem listed above.


any clue whats wrong?
