scrambled no signal

Wondering what would cause all the "vertical" channels to have no signal, but all the horizontal channels are working fine, with lots of signal. Any suggestions appreciated.

most like it is the lnb gone bad,but all ways try different things like the cables r not lose ,then if you have a meter check the volts coming out from your receiver, the vertical channels should be 13 volts and the horizontal 18v i think or is the other way around,hope this help lil bit :thumbsup:
