I have a jynx v2 paid for server, put all information in correct still says connection failed... could it be my modem/router i have a cable modem arris, not trying wifi, using ethernet cord straight from modem to receiver

Did you unplug both, then plug in modem/router and let it come all the way up, then do the same with the box?

Make sure in menu -> tools -> Network Local Setting -> DHCP is On, and the rest of the screen populates (should be in blue).

V2 that's an original box, your lan terminal is gone. Need to hook up a wifi antena and enjoy. Make sure you have 243 bin.

My usb stick is in format fat32? would that make it not work at all?
