Are channels ATV Hong Kong 9926 and CCTV News 9922 up on 118W ?
If so I can't seem to be able to scan 9926 on to my receiver. Is it still scanable ?
Is channel 265 CCTV9 up or has it changed to a different channel ? It is still on 110W right ?
