What if anything extra do I need to setup, connect to a server and receive HD?

. If you have dish aimed at provider satellites already then install the latest file for your receiver. You also need to input antenna settings, set the time, install p$ info and scan satellites. There are a few HD channels on 110 but most are on 129. good luck

also, make sure your testing box can handly hd support for viewing..
