- During a Twitter Q&A last night, Chris Jericho noted that he's not injured and is stronger than he's ever been. Jericho is still denying a Royal Rumble appearance but says he is open to returning to WWE this year.
- Ric Flair flew into Appleton, Wisconsin this weekend to give a pep talk to the San Francisco 49ers as they prepare to play the Green Bay Packers this afternoon in a NFL playoff game. It's worth noting that Flair has sent messages of support to his hometown Carolina Panthers in recent weeks. The Panthers wanted to get Flair in Charlotte for a pep talk before their playoff game next week but Flair is apparently tied up with a previous commitment. If the 49ers defeat the Packers today, they will go on to face the Panthers next weekend in Charlotte which could end up being a sticky situation for Flair.
- WWE Hall of Famer Edge noted on Twitter that he won't be at Monday's Old School RAW because he "couldn't make it," which sounds like he may have had a prior commitment.
