I just brought a seagate backup plus 4TB external harddrive to connect to my T5. I formatted the harddrive from NTFS to FATS 32 using ease us partition master. when I connect it on the screen it comes up as invalid usb. I have a older harddrive that works so it not the T5. This seagate harddrive is a 3.0 usb. I believe the 3.0 usb suppose to be compatiable with 2.0 usbs. I know it works on my computer that uses 2.0 Anyone out there that is using a similar harddrive and got it to work?
