do I need a new jb200 or a new diseq switch?

1) When I switch from Dish channels to Bev channels.. It works fine.
2) When I switch from Bev channels to dish channles. Black screen and it says connected to server 2 which is bev server.sometimes I get no signal..
Reboot fixes the issue. but the issue happens again during the switch of channels from Bev to Dish..

3) I also noticed during the issue.. Under dish setting signal & quality is good but at the top it says Nimiq 91 instead of dish 110..


The settings have not changed and this was working fine until last week..


Do I need a new switch or a new jb200?

you need a new switch or new coax or both. It could also be related to extreme cold and might fix itself when the weather improves

you need to put your switch in the house as close to the receiver as you can, the jynxbox is under powered and a long run of
coax will cause switch problems.
