make2dream batch file question

unzipped the make2dream file and entered all server info in server txt. Saved it in there. Tried to double click batch file and just flashes but doesn't run or save at all. What am I doing wrong? Feel foolish that I can't seem to figure it out.
Help would be appreciated. Step by step maybe?

It should create the file to load in the make2dream directory.. You wont see it pop up or work on your screen. The server file will be placed in your make2dream directory..

so do just load the batch file on the usb then? just according to the modification date is hasn't changed the file am I doing something wrong.
In the instructions it says enter server info in text then run batch file. What does that mean?

the server info has to be typed in the server txt file,it will then generate the batch file. You need to insert port, username, pasword and ip or url.When the file is generated you upload it to the receiver and then turn on the server in the receiver menu.

so then do I just load entire make2 file on usb and then save it? I did exactly what I needed to in server txt and that did save just doesn't appear that any other files in the make 2 folder were modified. Sorry to be so ignorant regarding this. Trying to learn so that don't have to keep asking what seems to be dumb questions.

it creates a dreamlink.ldb file.. You load the .ldb file only on the usb. That contains the server info. After you may have to turn the servers on in the receivers server menu..

that's my problem am using dishuser file but says to run batch then dl channellist and no clue how to do that.

when you download the make 2 dream file decompess it and leave everything in the same subdirectory.
open the server text file fill in the info in notepad, leaving the spaces in the des key are as well as not putting in any spaces.
Ie replace dummy with the ip or domain . Make and save the changes in notepad. close notepad. Run the batch file and the .lbd file will be created in the make 2 dream directory. Copy that file on the usb and load it into the dreamlinkdl..
