View Full Version : my pinwheel just stop working

pinwheel hd iptv stop working..the servers disappeared I cannot reenter them..the colour buttoms don't have tex besides them.when I go to iptv a window opens saying contact provider.
I cannot change the time from am to pm.but I can change the hour.
I reinstall the factory file 3 times scan sats load them from a usb that I had save still nothing.
the epg guide is there I have this receiver since september no issues till now..
I thank you if anybody can help me..

Happened to me too (servers disappeared and colored buttons don't work) and although several people suggested things, none worked. The box is gathering dust, although I will probably dust it off and load the newest file as that might fix the problem....not sure....

after playing with the receiver today for about 3 hours I got it going again..

Sounds stay away from this group.... IMHO. Thank god I was about buy a pinwheel couple of days ago.

its a good receiver and it has a free public server+iptv

nothing wrong with the boxes, losing the server info is nothing new either. Usually a result of pushing the Cobracam when not necessary. The easy fix is just unhook it and unplug it from the wall...

what I did was ..after spending hours trying to fix here and there sat. with no luck.
sunday I did a factory reset about 10 times,then I just reenter everything. delete what you have in the receiver and reenter again.
it worked for me...

I have had the same problem twice and both times the solution was to do a factory reset then reload 2.9 or 2.8 (for VLC) then reload sats and .ps data.
