no picture or sound

front displays channels. boots up no picture or sound tried the aspect button still no go. happened before unplugged it and it came back on its own no go this time no go. please help

If you can get your hands on a working JB200 try replacing that. If you get both then that is your issue. If the same the output may be shot but I would try a factory default and load factory file and then the latest Jynx file.

try different outputs for video and see in it's digital or analog issues....after each reboot

is the unit hot to the touch.... maybe overheating?
