What files to use?

Hi just got new Jynxbox ultra lite and went and got the files for it, but I am a little confused, have a file for remotes, have a file for better fan, there is another file for this and another file for that! Just what files should I use to get the best out of this receiver, all of them, or What? Please clarify someone.

Just use the 036 file. Put it on a USB key and update the receiver.
