So I think its time to move on from my current sonicview 8000HD, from what I understand there is a lot of newer and better stuff out on the market now. My current Sub is up (nfps) and there is a lot of options around my current city (toronto) with new boxes and sub combos.

I guess what I am asking is input on the options I have in front of me and what people think of the boxes.

First option is

Dreamlink T5
I can get it new from a local store for 190$, but thats just the box and I believe its the 2013 version.
There is a guy selling it online for 229 + Nano WIFI (I am not sure what this feature does, if anyone can shed some light on this, Thanks in advance)
There is a 2014 Version available also this is 219$ I am not sure if there is a big difference between the 12's and 14's

Next FTA
My buddy is selling a 6 month old + 1 year NFPS next FTA, I understand that this has a built in dongle unlike my current sonicview, so you just plug the LAN cord into the back of the box?
He only wants 100$ for this

( this is the same as the dreamlink if I understand correctly ?)

Last I have been hearing quite a bit about pinwheel boxes, some people claim that the IPT HD is the best out there, that this can connect to your wifi and you dont need to run any cables from the router to the box?
I can get this box for 250$,

In the end the money isnt really that big of factor I just want something that is going to be reliable and work when I need it to. My current sonicview was really slow and well I just feel like if there is something better out now its time to explore that option...

If there really isnt any upgrade then I will just keep what I have and buy a new sub,

Thanks for any input.

I have a Pinwheel Pro it works great but there is no Guide for North South works great but non existent on North so its in monthballs till they fix it or I will just sell it.The DLHD T5 has a great Guide on both North and South and it has Great Support Do some searching in the forums for different receivers because in the end the Choice is yours.PS do yourself a favor and get an HD reciver .NextFTA is HD and it has no support but it would maker a good door stop
