donation still active but no picture

hi! my satellite hasnt been working for quite awhile now and i had given up on trying to make it work but it wont. But today i checked my code and it is still active. I changed my port to see if that did anything but still no picture? what should i do>

make sure everything is entered correctly in your receiver try only having that server turned on save exit and then rebboot you may have to reboot your router and modem, and then try a channel like 300 best of luck

is it showing connected in the server settings..
What box you using... what birds are you pointed at and how many.. Diseq switches involved?
