new nano hd box how to get started

hello i have a new nano hd box but i see it does not have the tpn 118 and 110 can anybody help me with the files needed to get started. i am a user of the nano 2 box already. thanks

Load the factory file , factory reset, load the latest file, factory reset , scan sats and put your info in

i still dont have 119 and 110 is the a file with those sats? i put 105 and 806 in but still no echo sats.

did you factory default after loading those files?

yes i went to factory setting and reset.

You need to flash the receiver with all code+boot....you will see the choices you have before flashing the file.
