Those with Limesat Ultra no connect on Yearly South

Seems one guy posts he is up on South but rest are sol. I have read and re-read all the threads. Mod and guests say Lime Ultra works but they most likely don't own a one anymore or at least don't have one up and running right now to verify....just taking one guys word that it is up on South, which isn't encouraging to say the least.

Yearly and Beaver have been great and can't say enough about there excellent service. I rarely post. I try reading, adjust as needed or just wait as it usually comes back on shortly. This time, I have a sick daughter that just wants to watch here cartoons and I don't mind her watching our dreamlink but for only a short time. You know how that is.

It went down in afternoon yesterday. I have tried yearlytv.nl, backup.beavertv.nl with rebooting modem, then receiver 11 times now. Even tried IP 31.220.2.44 just for the hell of it. Tried a few different addresses too. Nothing is blocking it. My Dreamlink HD works great on Beaver for north and south, so internet works fine, same modem etc.

So if anyone that knows how to get a Lime Ultra up and going on Yearly or Beaver please speak up. Please don't say, reboot the modem 1st and then receiver, as that doesn't work for me or the many others that are down.

I tried all 7 server slots on Limesat Ultra and they all don't work.

Nada. tried yearly.nl and backup.beavertv.nl in different slots

By chance did the tcp port change from 15551 ?

no ports changed u could try change dns server to a difrent provider like google and it may help

we will be adding more urls soon to and more difrent ips as a backup network but we are waiting on new hosts for new ips

Nope, tried beavertv.nl too. Nothing. Starting to think nl stands for no luck with the lime ultra. Its been a great machine, rock steady for sd.

Can't wait much longer, as I'm not about to let my daughter go without. I have about 3 weeks left on the yearly donation. Hope I don't have to look elsewhere for this lime.

witch we cant say for some the others out there who have had there info leaked


there are hundreds of users without issues and some with witch all seem to be on limesats we are looking into the issue but i even have a limesat ultra myself and have no issue connecting at all

I have nano lite and can only get Dick with freezing, on backup.beavertv.nl
All other fixes don't work and nothing works for B3V.
Tried all the usual things...reboot, hard reboot/router/box/ rescan etc.
Everything was up and running fine before yesterday.
Very interesting and frustrating.

This is just to help if possible. My neighbor has done all the usual, factory reset, factory bin, then 2.73 bin. Reset router. Tried all the ip's and URL's. Has two other P$ on the Ultra connecting and working well. But the Beav with B3V will not connect. It worked perfectly until yesterday.

Hi Beav,

As mentioned, i'm very happy with your service with my dream, buddies dream and brothers sonic view that I set up, second to none for sure but the lime is useless as of yesterday. I can understand safety but this isn't a case of safety now. Changing a IP or URL that Lime paying customers can't connect to, is useless. I appreciate you looking into the Lime black hole for us and look forward to a solution.
Just a thought but is there a different port for North that we can try with the Limes, instead of the South port?

Thanks goes out to thebeav. He stepped up and fixed this issue asap. Myself and many others were so frustrated with the latest work around that worked for most but most of the lime users, thebeav made it right.
