no power on pinwheel pro

i have a pinwheel pro that doesn't power on,maybe i power cycled the unit too much,taking the power cord
off and putting back in too many times,there are lights that come on when i plug in the cord for the receiver
green and a red light and then nothing no lights,i tried putting the pinwheelhdfactory_fw.udf file but it only
goes to er 1 then nothing,i hope somebody can help me restore my unit or do i send it in for repair or maybe
i can fix it myself somehow,thanks in advance

hey man i had that problem ,i had another power supply from another receiver and plug in and it work ,but make sure the power supply is the same power out and amps,another thing that happen i lost the horizontal polarization,,SO BE VERY CAREFUL!!!

kay i got another power supply and it came back on to just booting,i tried putting the pinwheelhdfactory_fw.udf on the unit
but all i'm getting is er on the front,how long does it take for the unit to erase and then write i have waited for about half
hour already and it still says er on the front,using pinwheel pro 2.9 renamed it to pinwheelhdfactory_fw.udf

just like mine man,just the green and red light comes on then reboots never let you do anything,but that what i did,and work,maybe was just a fluke ....may you should try a different file ,,

i tried two different usb sticks still the same thing,when i took out the qpsk the er on the front went to er 1 maybe its the qpsk may i need to replace it or i may try a different file

okay i got it going i used pinwheel pro 2.8 renamed the file to pinwheelhdfactory_fw and also took out ls400 module and that
worked for me,hope this will help anyone who has the same problem that i had
