Are any Internationals up on 118W on Rocket or Yearly?

Are any Internationals up on 118W on Rocket or Yearly ?

Like the Chinese channels on 9932- 99XX etc. ? They use to be up before.
Signal and quality of some of them channels which were there before seem to be gone like 9956 Sky Link 2 channel.
Has there been some changes on the frequencies of these channels ?

I am using Pinwheel HD mini.

my mistake. just checked, its up on yearly at the moment. dont know if they stay up after ecms

I was browsing the internationals on 118w with yearlyiks, I saw quite a few Chinese, Taiwanese, Filipino, and Vietnamese channels open from 9916-9998. only TV Japan on channels 9989-9991 aren't open.
