Which model is newer / what is the difference?

I have two Nfusion HD's sitting in front of me.

They looks slightly different.

The first says Nuvenio NF HD and looks exactly like this:

the second only says

NFusion HD and looks exactly like this:

What is the difference (if any) between the two?

Why does one say Nuvenio NF HD and the other simply Nfusion HD?
The remotes are almost identical as well but the bottom of the remote on the nuvenio one says "Nuvenio powered by Nfusion and the other simply says Nfusion.

I think all it was, was a name change. I don't think there was anything changed inside the receiver

ahh okay. I was worried that there was maybe a performance difference.

nfusionhd. Nuvenio NV HD was the original name back in 2008 ... I'm not sure what NV was supposed to stand for
