Is there such a program?

I am looking for a Bittorent software i.e Utorrent etc., that starts the file from the end.
Meaning that when the file starts to d/l, it starts from the end of the file and works forward?
On a lot of things, if there isn't a lot of seeders, when it gets to the end it slows down.
If you start from the end, you all ready have it, so therefor the more seeds/peers there is
the beginning is always there.

Think of it as pieces of a file. In the last %10 it could be missing from beginning. If you have Utorrent click on the file tab and you will see what parts of the files you have.

When downloading a video open it with VLC player before it completes. it will play and skip the parts that are not downloaded. This will give you an idea on what you have and what you are missing.

Yes, I completely understand the process.
Just wondering if there was a way to get the end of the file d/l first, and then it completes the d/l from the beginning.
