down,no red light

While messing around with b3v i lost connection to 110-119 did a factory with no luck did a complete reload then another factory reset still no red light no guide no nothing,NewCamd sett,all correct any suggestions on what might be the problem?

Maybe you need to load new file again. Save and power down and power back up?

Those files, are no longer working, as far as I know tried to setup a couple rec. before and can't get it to work!
