My limesat Hd air got strange behavior All lights are lite in the display

Hi all,

Since 3 days ago all light are lite in the display I can only change channel one by one with the arrow up or down I cannot do guide or even menu info recall etc anyone have an idea?

I cannot access the menu to load the bin in the front usb either.
