Net Drive

I can't get net drive to work with Seagate Go-Flex Home network drive. Tried all sorts of names for it and I am using the correct IP address. I have a Lacie network drive working just fine. Any help would be appreciated because I have all my movies on the Seagate.

The GoFlex Home doesn't support GoFlex Desk drives larger than 2TB.
Is yours larger than 2TB ?
You must have an Internet connection to register the NAS with Seagate as part of its setup.

Its a 3TB and it works fine on my LAN. It is just the PinWheel that cannot access it. That is my issue not the NAS drive. Goflex home does indeed support it. I have registered it with Seagate and can access it remotely with my ipad for example. Its the NetDrive issue with the PinWheel that is doing me in.
