pinwhell wont scan 119

seems to have issue with 119. Even it says locked it wont scan 119. Comes in empty. Using universal lnb 118/119 just trying to pull in 119 for now. Any ideas?

set lnb to KU_LNB
If using just that sat all u need after is hit save...and hit search....try please !!
If u have more sats u need to give more info like diseqC...etc
