A v5 is a clone box not a true Jynxbox.

I had one didn't like it got rid of it the fan is very noisey

Who asked where it was made and where it is available?
See my link in post #2. As I said it is a clone and hence any discussion on it should be conducted in the clone section so others are not confused.
