ASH screen of death!

Installed factory 105 file then fac default.. Then 810 then fac default .. Got a garbled picture with chirpy sound.. My signals good worked fine on my other nano hd box.. So I reloaded the original stock factory file then box rebooted and I get this ASH on the front of the box and no picture tried power off power on and same ash MSG.. Think possibly this box is defective from the factory?

Try loading factory file again via rs232 cable.
