I've tried and tried, but nothing works after I upgraded the firmware. Now I just want the way it ran when I bought it. It's an ultra hd V3. I need help (and the factory reset button does nothing):bawl:

I would say you have a clone and you have loaded a firmware with a clone kill code in it, so now you will need to use
the loader cable and load an older firmware or convert it to an azlink with the loader.

the clone kill does not work that way as it posts the message on the screen. Sounds more like a bad file load to me. If the box is not a clone reloading the file again should fix it IMO

Try this, unplug all cables and power from the jynxbox then hook it all back up, then see if it works.
