Server or receiver down??

I cannot reconnect to server, tried new ip old ip and everything rebooted over and over is it my receiver or is server actually down. I dont see alot of posts in down section. Just wondering if my old vs finally packed it in.

You could go to their site and check your code and also check there up/down section or pm your reseller.
