Anybody having a issue connecting to the servers on T5. Because since I get my box im not able to connect all other servers working fine like beaver south and tutu. I contacting JT many times and he saying no issue with my sub. Anybody else facing the same issue....?

i would get him (jt) to tryb the code him self. i know from my own experience, a code can be good on the panel but just wont work. some times just a password change fixes it and others, a whole new code is needed.
the server is fine. i know that

if have issues connecting to server, and are 100% sure that the settings are correct, and may have tried wrong port when inputting.

Then, unplug router adapter for 30 seconds, and then plug back, this will force change ur ip address, and retain all other settings.

Also, be sure that no other settings are inputted for the server that u are trying that may be expired or older ports from past connections, ensure port 44000 DN, and 25000 BEV

Im sure im using right setting and ports for both the servers bcoz sometime I have connection and most of the time it is disconnected....I tried restarting my modem and router many time but it dosnt work....and also I have no issue connecting to beaver south and tutu on my T5......right now my box is connected on my router and in my router setting my box is priority device selected.

server showed u connecting this morning, not on now, was at the office so couldn t login here.
have u possibly given a friend ur code to use as well?

ya as i said i have connection sometime .....but i never gave my code to anybody
