Can come with the LS 500 HD tuner (or 400) or without. depends what u want it for & who u buy from. If u want it make sure it states its supplied with the DBS

Seen some on flea bay...from my read the LS500 (blue board) is a replacement for the LS400 (green board).

Your Nano HD will still pick up all sd channels without the ls400/500 module. The ls400/500 module is required for hd channels on charlie. Worldwide website clearly states what's included with the receiver. Rule #1 when purchasing any receiver.... research it first!

worldwide satellite does not sell any 8psk modules for any HD fta receiver that requires an add on 8psk module due to the legalities involved, any legitimate fta retail store will not or should not be selling the turbo 8psk modules as they can cause themselves a ton of problems

What about scanning the 129 without the 500 MOD on the nano? Will I see the satellite and channels?
When I did scan, it came up empty with out the 500 MOD, but i'm tuned in to 110 & 119 just fine.

The 129 sat for charlie is the hd sat, so no channels will scan in. Again to clarify.... the reciever will scan any sd channels without issue. But no hd channels will scan in because thats what the ls500 mod is for.

it's not all hd so it should scan some channels
doesn't mean they will work though
