t4 dreamlink

i recently bought a t4 dreamlink,but when i set up box for sats 119w and 110w were not available sats, all my other boxes had those sat choices, need some help. i have a dish 500

After installing latest file, do a hard boot.

do a system restore

where do i find factory restore

i put factory file in did a system restore,turned off back of box,turned back on, put bin file in,did system restore,turned back of box off,then on, looked for sat settings,but no 119w 0r110w.what am i doing wrong,help please

cannot get sats,no matter what i do . when i put the file on the usb(im on windows 8 using winzip to open and put on my usb directly from the computer(factory file).the on adifferent usbi put current working bin file,the same way.then follow all the info to load files one at atime. after each file i am to do a system restore,then turn box off,then on. at this point i should be able to get 119w and 110w. but nothing what is fat32
