ATSC tuner?

About the ATSC tuner. after I scan, will the program guide show the name and description of what is on the OTA channel or will the guide say “no information available”

It all depends if the OTA station is broadcasting a guide, so do some don,t, one way to find out is to connect the TV antenna directly to your TV set and see if the stations your set finds show a guide when you hit the "Info" key on your remote.

thanks I'll give it a try. so if it works, will I see on the EPG the same info on FTA channels and local networks?

You might, or might not, it depends on the receivers software.
