i have a dreamlink t5 receiver but it keep saying that my ethernet cable is not connected, i know the cable is good because i tried it with another t5 box and it works. i put on the factory file and bin files. i have tried factory reset. could it be my ike server?

I have had the same issue since I got mine. I think its the receiver. Now when I plug it in there is no led on the nic or my router to indicate any activity. this unit has a date with kijiji.
