Random reboot on standby mode

turn off my Mini in standby mode its reboot by itself in about 30 minutes and stay on.
i turn back off with deep standby and stay off.
i try update via usb to 3.0 from 2.8 i get write error and then i have to put factory file using power button.
i try update again and same error with all 2.8 2.9 3.0 and 3.0 newest one.

any think you guys think of or just hardware issue.
i have two and second one working just fine without any issue.
i also try changing location but same result with this one second one just fine.
i try chaining power adepter and same result.
before i contact dealer for warranty issue i want to fix it myself if i can with yours help.

Try disconnect your sat cable from the back with the power off. Restart now and see if you can turn the receiver off from the remote. If that works, reformat your usb stick and load the new file. See if that works for u because sometimes moisture in your cable connections etc can cause shorting and draw leaving your receiver unstable.

I disconnect Sat cable from back and its work just fine no reboot on standby mode but as soon as i put cable back on its reboot by itself in about 30 minutes and stays on.
i change sat cable but still same result.
i will try reinstall file as you said and see if that help.
