Dream link t5 problem

Trying to set up my new Dream link T5 and am getting only a few sats to scan no 110 or 119, also can only input four port numbers in the server setup. Thanks for any help.

Install the latest file, then do the off/on from rear.

Installed the factory file T5 0010-0910 and the latest file T5 0102-1028P Did a factory reset and still nothing changed

Did you try the off/on from rear then check to see if sats were there as was mentioned?

Problem solved. I missed a factory reset. Every thing is working great.Thanks everybody fo your help.

I have the same problem.Were do you find the factory reset in the menu.I don't see it there.All I can do is do the rear switch reset and that did not work.

OK I just found it.Isn't quite as visible as other receivers.Sorry to have been a bother.
