"Injury update" on Bret Hart, the ECW Title

- WWE's website has confirmed that the ECW Title is retired. There was speculation last week that it may be kept around as a mid-card draw for some PPVs but it looks like that idea was shot down.

- To keep with the Bret Hart injury storyline from RAW, WWE posted on their website that he has suffered "a broken left leg in addition to ligament and tendon damage."

i know its a show and the leg thing is a story but do they think people will buy it? hmmmmmm.......from now till mania is just about enough time for a broken bone to heal ain't it?

I guess since Bret cant really wreslte in the ring, this is Vince's way of keeping on the show, without having to put him in a situation where he (Bret) could get really hurt. I am sure by the time Wrestlemania comes, he will be all better...maybe a street fight will happen?
