How to recover from SUNS Disconnected

Hey Guys:

A friend of mine set up his D-link 615 router with goov3 and it works fine, but after a while he gets picture freeze then disconnects.
The channel will never recover unless he changes the channel and then goes back to the previous channel that he was watching. Is there anyway that it can recover by itself ? He has tried his router in both wifi and hard wire mode. Mind you in hard wire mode all he is doing is plugging the internet cable to the wan port and the Nfusion HD into port one of the Goo router.

You have to fine tune Goo3 depending on your setup. How many servers ? North/South ? Pay attention to these settings.
Look at the log run command xx-log

server_timeout=10
server_retries=0
ignore_caid=0
log=1

it might work...if not play around with timeouts anythign <15..
